André Benichou - Guitare Folk Guitare Classique download free

Side A is folk guitar compositions by Andre Benichou, side B is classical guitar moves by Jean-Claude Oliver. Both Benichou and Oliver are excellent on the guitar and display some equally great composing skills, as they have created some wonderful compositions in both styles here. Both sides are great and I can't really pick my favorite. The folk side sounds a bit like you may expect it to; classic 70s folk guitar tunes, with absolutely stunning melodies being plucked at times. It seems to have a heavier focus on melody, whereas side B is more about setting certain moods and atmospheres, with a heavier use of classical arpeggio playing. Again, both sides are great and well worth checking out, especially if you're into the genres of folk guitar or classical guitar. Recommended for fans of 70s guitar music, classical and folk genres, as well as fans of great French library music. 5 stars out of 5.
