  • Weird sort-of continuation band to legendary RAC/Oi!-band Evil Skins... considering the label and the compilation being released as part of the "OI! Vintage Series", I was expecting at least straight punk even if I knew this wasn't skinhead stuff. The first part maybe somehow matches my expectations, with a decidedly ska- and punk-influenced sound, but the other stuff is all over the places, from lite punk to flirting with psychedelia, and from new wave to almost hard rock. Very confusing stuff with some decent tracks and lots of tracks that make me suspect the band themselves didn't really know what they wanted to to do. Probably remastered, because most tracks have surprisingly strong sound for demos and live recordings.
