This Digipress pressing is identifiable by having no German country coding on the insert flap, "Made in Holland" noted on disc label, and the extra text/logo reading "Continental Airlines - Fly To Acapulco" on the insert flap.
There is a parallel Sonopress pressing "Loco In Acapulco" which has the D:211 German country coding on the insert flap, states no country of manufacture on disc, and does not feature the extra text on the insert flap.
